Who you’re buying from

Digital downloads

• After payment you receive an email with a download link that works for 24 hours. If it expires, or the email goes missing, contact me and I’ll send a fresh link at no cost — your purchase never expires, only the link does.
• Materials are for personal / single-classroom use: print and use them freely with your own children or students, but please don’t redistribute, resell, or share the files themselves.

Right of withdrawal & refunds

Because the materials are digital content delivered immediately, by completing checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal lapses once the content is delivered.

That said — if something is wrong with your purchase, or it isn’t what you expected, write to me within 14 days and we’ll sort it out. Happy parents matter more to me than policies.

Tutoring

Tutoring arrangements (schedule, rates, cancellations) are agreed individually by email after the free introductory chat and are not sold through this site.
